Refund & Shipping Policy

Each Casa Celadon piece is handcrafted in Colombia using authentic, high-quality natural Colombian emeralds and 925 sterling silver.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide.
2. Returns
We accept returns of unworn pieces in original condition within 3 days of delivery. Please contact studio@casaceladon.com to initiate a return.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for sizing or in the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 5 days at studio@casaceladon.com with photos.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
5. Authenticity
All pieces use natural Colombian emeralds. Variations in color and inclusions are normal and not defects.
6. Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
